Charter maintains a strong agent and sub-agent base spread across the United States. They aggressively market and educate Dealers with Charter's products and services to include various warranties and private label niche programs, some of which are staple programs within our current portfolio. Charter's Agent base submits frequent requests to develop new and necessary products to their Dealerships, as well as continued delivery of Charter's core products.
